Morgan Hubble, FNP-BC

Morgan Hubble is a ANCC board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She was born and raised in Pendleton, Indiana and is brand new to the Nashville area. She attended the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, IN where she received her Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing and then went on to obtain her Masters of Science in Nursing with a concentration as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Morgan’s first position as a Nurse Practitioner was with a traveling Podiatry group where she worked in various assisted or independent living communities and long-term care facilities across the state of Indiana. This position is where she grew to recognize the vital role that feet play in our day-to-day lives. She also identified the exponential need of foot care services in these settings. Morgan believes everyone deserves high quality foot care and she strives to give just that. Her passion is caring, serving and helping her patients with various foot ailments to provide relief and comfort. She specializes in routine foot care including nail trimming, callous and corn removals, fungal treatments, ingrown nails, Diabetic foot examinations, and so much more. She is known for her exceptional patient interactions and the personal relationships she builds with each patient. She prays that she can leave a positive impact with every patient encounter.

In her spare time, you can find her somewhere outside with her significant other, Blaize, who is currently in Pharmacy school at Lipscomb University and her cavapoo dog, Ollie. They enjoy venturing out on the lake, new walking trails, dog parks, coffee shops, and local breweries. She also enjoys vacationing and traveling to new places throughout the world on her time off. She is currently taking new patients in the nursing home and facility settings around the Nashville metropolitan area.

At this time, CE cannot see Oscar, or PHCS/Multiplan patients including but not limited to: Blue Care (Medicaid), Blue Care Plus dual eligibility Medicare/Medicaid Plan, Cigna Connect/EPO, WellCare, Humana HMO, Ascension Complete, and BCBS Medicare Advantage PPO.

CE requires a referral for patients with United Healthcare HMO, and Amerigroup HMO.
